Welcome to the
Rediscover Two Mountains Car Rally

This is not your conventional car rally.

It's a combination trivia quiz, treasure hunt,
Geo-caching and Amazing Race (without the Race part)

These pages will be your guide throughout your journey
with a set of written and audio clues from our school days.

You will discover historical sites of our town that were highlighted
during our centennial in 2021.
You will also visit old haunts that were part of our lives 50 years ago.

Your team will require at least one mobile phone with at least one Mapping app.
We strongly recommend Google Maps
(The Waze app will also work however our test run was done with Google so your final mileage might vary)

Obviously, each team will require at least one passenger but more are recommended.
The driver is prohibited from using his/her/their phone for the entire journey
except during the walking portions of the rally.

If you have more than one passenger, is it recommend to keep one phone on these instructions,
and use a second phone for navigation. This will reduce the toggling between apps.

IMPORTANT - Observe all rules of the road and speed limits as time is not a factor in scoring.

Judging will be on how well you answer questions, follow instructions and stay on course.

Be prepared for at least one passenger to walk 1 to 2 kilometres during the journey.
