My A-Paul-logies for not updating this page.
It's been a couple of hectic weeks for me so I haven't had much chance to update my news. Every minute spent on my new computer has been used learning new stuff and trying to put together a small video together for Saturday. For a semi-perfectionist with A.D.D., its hard to get things done. I keep spending my time re-doing things or going off on tangents. This web page is one of those tangents. Putting a link to ADD.org was another tangent.
Anyway this weekend is the big weekend for us in the LTHC. We host our 7th annual hockey tournament. Chapeau and Boston will once again visit us and we will be rocking to the band Jigsaw on Saturday night at the Patinoire Deux-Montagnes. I will try to post the schedule of games tomorrow night, The results will certainly get posted on Sunday.

Plus next week I will have an announcement about next year's hockey pool.

Also next week, LTM cruise news and pictures care of Kevin.

Boston Predictions and Results
These were my predictions for the weekend and what really happened.

Prediction 1 - We will get a few surprises on the bus. One last minute no show and a last minute add-on.
Wrong -  Only two people were late because of one person: intials LA.

Prediction 2 - The border crossing will be a little longer than usual with only one slight hitch.
Right and Wrong - Crossing the border at Phillipsburg was real fast although we had to get out of the bus with our luggage it was fast. The girl at the border was the nicest person we have ever had (except fot the gloves)

Predition 3 - Ron will have forgotten something.
Wrong - The cup was not engraved with last year's winner but he remembered it.

Prediction 4
- Someone will drink too much on the bus on the way down.
Wrong - Everyone drank too much

Prediction
5 - The Tam will be the early highlight and we will return when things aren't right at JW's
Right and Wrong - The Tam was good but JW's turned out fine with Mel Stiller playing until last call 11:45 Boooo.

Prediction
6  - Jacob Wirth will try to put everyone in the restaurant on one tab. Mel will be there on the piano but there will be too many people to really enjoy his music.
Right and Wrong - Boston is still up to it's old trick of one tab for everyone who looks like they know each other. They were too many people but we did enjoy the music.

Prediction
7 - The 57 (hotel) will not be as good as before but the bar there may hold a surprise.
Way Wrong - The 57 was better and the 57 bar was crap however if the Renée Zellweger story is true, the bar across the street held a big surprise
.

Prediction 8 - The game will be short and hard fought. We will slip by but barely.
Wrong - The game was long enough. We were losing 2-0 after the first but we enventually won 7-3 and somehow made it look easy.

Prediction 9 - The Bagsboys will be Saturday's highlight with a surprise.
Right - The Bagboys were awesome with not only Bobby making a surprise appearance but Dusty was in from Nashville.

Prediction 10- The Plough will not be a good place on Sunday
Wrong again - Sunday's Plough was short but good (because of the 4pm curfew). The food was excellent and the tradition continues...

Prediction 11 - Someone (alone) will be late for the bus.
Wrong - Everyone, but one, was late for the bus

Prediction 12 - Getting back into Canada will be harder and longer than usual.
Wrong - The entry back was as smooth as ever.

- There will be another trip a year from now.
Hopefully Right - The 30th trip will happen as long as the rules are followed. The motto: 3-4-30
.

Boston Get Ready Because Here We Come 20-03-2003

At high noon on Friday March 21, a bus will depart from the Patinoire Deux-Montagnes carrying 20 some odd (make that most odd) LTHC players and fans the the 29th or 30th annual Boston Hockey Trip. If you read the article below, the trip will be back to 2 full days. Another surprise addition to the trip will be Armand coming back for the first time in over 5 year along with Mike G. Unfornately, an injury has sidelined Jim A.
I still haven't heard where we are playing or at what time, but I will let you know where we'll be for sure. Here are my predictions for the weekend.

- The border crossing will be a little longer than usual with only one slight hitch.

Another Grand Day in Two Mountains 17-03-2003
The 24th annual Saint-Patrick's celebration at the Fitzmorris' Castle was another unabashed success. The entertainment was first class and enjoyed by everyone from as far away as Toronto, New Brunswick and Tadoussac. Thanks to everyone who entertained us. A documentary of the events of today as well as a Friday visit to Griffintown was filmed and will air on Wednesday March 26 at 20:30 on Videotron channel 9 (Vox). The program is called Mosaïque.
